METHOD FOR COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH PATHOLOGICAL BONE FRACTIONS IN SETTING OF METASTATIC BONE LESIONS

A method for the complex treatment of the patients with the pathological bone fractions in the setting of the metastatic bone lesions comprises bone fixation, the radiotherapy of the bone session, polychemotherapy, the use of bisphosphonates, hormonal therapy; immunotherapy, resection of the affected bone segment and endoprosthesis replacement. Following the histological verification of bone metastasis, the apparatus for the external fixation after Kostiuk is mounted allowing for the stable fixation of the bone fragments.
