Combination of an oncolytic adenovirus and a calcium channel blocker and its use for the treatment of cancer. Combination comprising two components: (a) the first component is a pharmaceutical composition comprising a calcium channel blocker along with excipients or carriers pharmaceutically acceptable; and (b) the second component is a pharmaceutical composition comprising an oncolytic adenovirus with a pharmaceutically acceptable vehicle. The invention also discloses the use of this combination for the separate or sequential used in the treatment of cancer. Also it is included the use of a calcium channel blocker as enhancer of the oncolytic adenovirus activity.
