Drum (2) for a device for making incisions, comprising: a first part of the drum (14) having an outer cylindrical surface (12) and a hole for mounting the first part of the drum about an axis (4); and a second part of the drum (15) having an outer cylindrical surface (12) and a hole for mounting the second part of the drum about the axis (4); wherein the first and second drum parts (14, 15) are shaped such that the two drum parts (14, 15) can come into contact with each other to define between them the base (18) and two walls sides (20, 21) of a channel (6) intended to accommodate an elastic ring for making incisions (8); and in which, at least one side wall (20, 21) of the channel (6) has a notch such that an elastic ring for making incisions (8) disposed in the channel (6) and protruding laterally from the notch (26) cannot be removed radially from the channel (6).
