The present invention relates to a method of treating acne by topicallyapplying a dermatological composition comprising dapsone. In addition toinflammatory lesions, the compositions also treats non-inflammatory acne. Thecomposition is formulated to include dapsone in a both a dissolved andmicroparticulate state.
