The present invention relates to an exhaust gas flow path structure for a micro combined heat and power unit. Provided is an auxiliary boiler exhaust structure for a micro combined heat and power unit comprising an electricity-generating Stirling engine which is heated by means of an engine burner, and comprising a hot-water-generating auxiliary boiler which is provided on the upper part of the Stirling engine and has a sensible-heat heat exchanger and a latent-heat heat exchanger; wherein a flow path is formed that links the latent-heat heat exchanger and an engine head for discharging the exhaust gas that has heated the Sterling engine, and the flow path is constituted such that heat exchange is effected while the discharging exhaust gas is flowing from the upper part to the lower part of the latent-heat heat exchanger.
