Disclose is a method for manufacturing a blue and white pattern having a gold outline on a porcelain clay body. The method comprises the following successive steps: providing and molding a porcelain clay body; performing a first firing of the clay body at a temperature between 700 to 850°C; sketching and coloring a contour line of the blue and white pattern region on the clay body surface, and performing a second firing at a temperature between 600 to 850°C to form the blue and white pattern; insulating a metal pattern region on the clay body surface, spraying a layer of transparent glaze; removing the insulator, forming protruding dots in the metal pattern region, and performing a third firing at a temperature between 1180 to 1320°C; applying a gold liquid to the metal pattern region on the clay body surface, and performing a fourth firing at a temperature between 700 to 850°C, completing the manufacturing of the metal pattern.
