Disclosed are a circuit board having a full keyboard function, a full keyboard mobile phone, and a layout and wiring method of a keyboard thereof. Keys on the full keyboard are partitioned according to a position approximation principle, so that position correspondence is formed between the partitioned keys; keys in the same partition area are allocated on the same row line of a schematic matrix diagram, and keys having position correspondence are allocated on the same column line of the schematic matrix diagram; wiring between the keys in the same partition area is disposed on a first layer of the circuit board, and wiring between the keys having the position correspondence are disposed on a second layer of the circuit board. The means of partitioning keys of approximate positions and forming position correspondence between partitioned areas is adopted, keys in the same partition area are allocated on a column line, and keys of the position correspondence are allocated on a row line, so wiring between all keys on a column line and a row line is implemented in two circuit board layers, thereby saving more circuit board spaces and layers, and improving EMC and EMI performances of a mobile phone.
