[Objective] To guide an electrically driven vehicle to a charging facility appropriately, so as to avoid, as much as possible, stoppage of driving of the electrically driven vehicle due to running out of a vehicle-mounted battery. [Solution] Provided is a Vehicle charging management system, wherein charging stands (200) are able to comprehend the identification of electrically driven vehicles (V) and the amount of power left therein, by having vehicle-mounted navigation apparatuses (1) transmit vehicle information to the charging stands (200). The charging stands (200) transmit, to a central server (300), vehicle queue information about electrically driven vehicles (V) waiting at waiting lines (L), and vehicle information about the electrically driven vehicles (V). This enables the central server (300) to evaluate vehicles (Ve) in emergent need of charging, and rearrange the vehicle queue as necessary. A newly set vehicle queue information, and information for notifying each of the electrically driven vehicles (V) about guidance and warning are transmitted to the charging stands (200). The charging stands (200) transmit each of the notification information to each of the applicable electrically driven vehicles (V). The vehicle-mounted navigation apparatuses (1) output the notification information received from the charging stands (200), to notify the drivers.
