Disclosed are an emotion-based community-forming system, a communication terminal capable of forming an emotion-based community, and a community-forming method therefor. The emotion-based community-forming system according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a word dictionary storing server which classifies emotional words into items including emotion class, similarity, positivity or negativity, and/or emotional intensity, and storing the items as an emotional word dictionary; a user emotion inferring server which infers user emotion, based on the emotion matching the emotional word dictionary, from a user webpage including a blog, webpage, WAP page, Twitter page, and/or mini homepage registered by users; and a community-forming server which forms an emotion-based community of users based on the inferred emotion of each user.
