A wind-solar combined generating set comprises a driving turnplate (1) and a shell (2) arranged on the driving turnplate. A cylinder type wind pipe (3) is fixedly arranged in the shell, and the central axis of the wind pipe is provided with a center shaft (4). At least two groups of generating units (5) are arranged on the center shaft, and each generating unit is formed by a wind wheel (6) arranged on the center shaft and a generator (7), so wind energy can be used to generate electricity. A revolving shaft (14) arranged on the top of the shell is in driving connection with the center shaft, and the revolving shaft is provided with a secondary generator (15) so that the secondary generator can be started to generate electricity when the wind is strong. The generating set also comprises telescopic wings (8, 9) symmetrically arranged on both side walls of the shell. Each wing panel of the telescopic wings is provided with a solar panel (10), and the top of the shell is also provided with a solar panel (12), so solar energy can be used to generate electricity. The generating set can be adjusted according to the speed of the wind, and both the wind energy and the solar energy can be used for generating electricity.
