The present invention relates to a die-cast-alloy surface-processing method and to a die-cast alloy material having a surface structure produced thereby, and more specifically relates to a die-cast-alloy surface-processing method comprising the steps of a) forming an aluminium oxide, nitride or oxynitride layer at less than the stoichiometric ratio on the die-cast alloy surface, and b) anodising the aluminium oxide, nitride or oxynitride layer formed on the die-cast alloy surface, and relates to a die-cast alloy material having a surface structure produced thereby. By using an anodising film processing technique on die-cast alloy exterior material, the present invention makes it possible achieve colours which are aesthetically pleasing and uniform while nevertheless diverse, and so allows the quality of the exterior material to be enhanced.
