A plurality of support stands(30) is included respectively in the middle of the drainage side of the water gate(20). A working cylinder(40) is connected respectively between the bottom part of the waterway(11) and each support stand. A lifting cylinder(50) is made inside the support stand. According to the expansion and contraction of the working cylinder, the water gate is opened and closed.
