PURPOSE: A device for analyzing influences and effects of a millimeter wave on a body and a method thereof are provided to use an antenna which changes a polarized wave and a millimeter wave generating device for controlling frequency, output, and irradiation time, thereby radiating a millimeter wave on a body which is a target in a small cell.;CONSTITUTION: A millimeter wave generating unit(100) generates a millimeter wave for applying an electromagnetic wave to a body or an alive sample. A millimeter wave diagnosing unit(200) measures the output and frequency of a millimeter wave generated by the millimeter wave generating unit. A small cell(300) measures effects of the body and the alive sample due to the millimeter wave and influences of various parameters. A control and display unit(400) transmits a control signal for generating a millimeter wave in the millimeter wave generating unit. The control and display unit analyzes a measurement signal from the millimeter wave diagnosing unit and the small cell. The control and display unit controls output, frequency, and application time of a millimeter wave according to an analysis result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
