PRIMERS FOR DETECTING GENOTYPES RELATED TO CHILLING TOLERANCE IN CUCUMBER PLANTS

PURPOSE: A primer set and a restriction enzyme specific to gene ycf1 are provided to determine chilling tolerance-associated genotype and to produce fresh cucumbers. CONSTITUTION: A primer set which is specific to ycf1 contains a base sequence of sequence numbers 3 and 4. A marker composition for genotype analysis relating to chilling tolerance of cucumber contains the primer set. A composition for analyzing the genotype of the chilling tolerance contains the primer set and restriction enzyme Rsa1. The genotype of the chilling tolerance is 19th base in ycf1 gene of sequence number 6.
