PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a 2-dimensional high polymeric optical waveguide is provided to offer the 2-dimensional high polymeric optical waveguide having high intensity and high integration using a single imprint mold.;CONSTITUTION: A pattern is reproduced in a thermoplastic polymer sheet by a first hot embossing process using a single circular master. A buffer layer is formed in the surface of the pattern which is reproduced. A polymer mold in which a pattern for clad exists in the opposite surface in which the buffer layer is not formed is manufactured. The pattern is reproduced by molding a high polymeric mold by an elastic body material. A top elastic body mold and a bottom elastic body mold are formed by separating the elastic body material into the top and bottom.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
