PURPOSE: A user intention measurement apparatus and a user intention measurement method thereof are provided to perform a user intention measurement process while being worn, thereby precisely detecting actual movements of a user by a sensor part.;CONSTITUTION: A wearing sleeve(110) is worn in a part of a human body. The wearing sleeve is arranged with an elastic spandex material. A sensor part(120) is worn in the wearing sleeve. The sensor part includes a plurality of measurement sensors(121,122) which measures a degree of deformation and muscle change amount of a measurement part.
