SPECIFIC PRIMER FOR DIAGNOSING LENTINULA EDODES VIRUS LESV, AND METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A specific primer for diagnosis of Lentinula edodes virus LeSV is provided to simply and accurately diagnose LeSV infection. CONSTITUTION: A specific primer for diagnosing Lentinula edodes virus LeSV contains a primer pair of sequence number 1(forward primer) and sequence number 2(reverse primer). A method for diagnosing Lentinula edodes virus LeSV infection comprises: a step of isolating ssRNA from Lentinula edodes virus LeSV; a step of performing RT-PCR of ssRNA using the specific primer; and a step of separating RT-PCR product by size using ararose gel electrophoresis or polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.
