PURPOSE: A long fiber reinforced biocomposite material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to freely mold products with various designs and shapes using an environment-friendly natural material.;CONSTITUTION: A nature fiber material(20) is mixed with a thermoplastic general purpose plastic(30) wherein the nature fiber material is obtained from a natural plant material(10). A pre-web(40) is manufactured by separating the nature fiber material from the general purpose plastic. An enjectable long fiber reinforced biocomposite pellet(50) is manufactured using a pelletizer. A product is molded using the enjectable long fiber reinforced biocomposite pellet.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
