SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ESTIMATING AMOUNT OF DAMAGE WHEN THE TYPHOON ATTACK

PURPOSE: A system and a method for damage calculation of during storm attack are provided to perform an accurate previous prediction and efficient disaster preventive measure by calculating the maximum wind velocity of moment in the typhoon attack. CONSTITUTION: Information providers(15,16,17) provides typhoon information, housing information, the geographic information for calculating damage calculation of typhoon attack. A surface wind calculator(11) estimates the wind of typhoon by obtaining the RMW(Radius of Maximum Wind) about the typhoon. A maximum moment wind velocity calculator(12) calculates maximum second wind by 10m high degree speed of wind and gust factor in real topography.
