摘要

PURPOSE: A capacitive type touch detecting mean, a method and touch screen panel using the level shift, and a display device embedding the capacitive type touch screen panel are provided to minimize the influence due to a parasitic capacitance by obtaining a touch signal based on the level shift which is generated in an input part. CONSTITUTION: A sensor pad(10) forms touch capacitance between touch tools and forms a common electrode electrostatic capacity between the common electrodes of a display device. An excitation pad(20) forms an activating electrostatic capacity between the sensor pad and has an alternative voltage level. A recharge mean(12) accumulates the electric charge to electrostatic capacities. A level shift detector(14) obtains a touch signal by detecting a level shift which is generated on the voltage change amount of the sensor pad.
