METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ZSM-5 USING SILICEOUS MUDSTONE

PURPOSE: A ZSM-5 manufacturing method is provided to save manufacturing costs of ZSM-5, and to synthesize ZSM-5 with mudstone instead of a reagent, and to offer good efficiency in manufacturing the ZSM-5. CONSTITUTION: A ZSM-5 manufacturing method comprises the following steps: pulverizing and drying mudstone; manufacturing mixed slurry by mixing water, tetrapropyl ammonium bromide, sodium silicate with the pulverized mudstone; aging the mixed slurry while agitating; hydrothermally reacting the aged mixed slurry; separating the reacted mixed slurry; drying and washing a solid product(S5); and volatilizing TPA+ ion(S6).
