PURPOSE: A method for mixing/spinning nettle/polyester staple fiber is provided to ensure high tensile strength and softness.;CONSTITUTION: A method for mixing/spinning nettle/polyester staple fiber comprises: a step of refining and drying nettle stems to prepare filament; a step of cutting the filament in 45-50mm to prepare nettle fiber; a step of separately cutting polyester filament to prepare polyester fiber; a step of storing the nettle fiber and polyester fiber in a humidification chamber with 90-96% of relative humidity for 12-36 hours to form a wrap; a step of supplying blended wrap to a carding machine to prepare blended sliver; a step of stretching the blended silver; a step of supplying a flyer frame and twisting to prepare roving; and a step of drafting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
