PURPOSE: A book and a book supporting device are provided to read, write, or draw without a separate book holder. CONSTITUTION: A book has a supporting board part(100) as a cover for protecting book pages. The supporting board part has a first supporting board part(110) and a second supporting board part(130) which is rotationally connected to the first supporting board part. The first supporting board part and book pages are tied by a binding means(20). The binding means is a spring. The second supporting board part is rotationally linked through a connection part mounted at the lower circumference.
