PURPOSE: A ground sleeve for ultra high voltage cable which is used for ultra high voltage cable connection is provided to insert and pressurize a ground line which is prepared in a ground line insertion site, thereby shortening work hours by improving workability. CONSTITUTION: A braided line pressurization part(25) is located in one side of a sleeve(22). A braided line(23) and an ground line insertion part(24) are inserted in the braided line pressurization part. An insertion hole(24a) is arranged in the ground line insertion part in order to store a ground line with a predetermined thickness according to a ground capacity. A taper(24b) which is inclined with a predetermined angle is arranged in the leading end part of the ground line insertion part. The braided line is arranged by braiding a plurality of conductive wires in which tin is plated or coated on a copper wire.
