PURPOSE: An active door impact beam apparatus for vehicles is provided to improve impact absorbing performance in case of side collision since one end of the impact beam and the center pillar are overlapped.;CONSTITUTION: An active door impact beam apparatus for vehicles comprises an impact beam(12), a cylinder case(14), a spring(16), a switch(20), and a cap(30). The impact beam is installed in a door panel(10). One side of the cylinder case is opened, and the other side has a hollow structure. The cylinder case is inserted into the impact beam. The spring is inserted into the cylinder case to be pressed. The switch presses the spring inside the cylinder case.
