PURPOSE: A line type radiation imaging sensor which uses an indirect conversion method, an image sensing unit, and a radiation image photographing apparatus including the same are provided to arrange a radiation imaging sensor into a line type, thereby reducing the thickness of a scintillator. CONSTITUTION: The direction of a radioactive ray propagating inside of a scintillator(410) is arranged parallel to the direction of an image pickup device(420) arranged on the scintillator. The image pickup device is arranged into a plate shape corresponding to the scintillator. A plurality of image pickup devices is arranged on one surface of the scintillator with a fixed interval. A reflective film(430) reflects light. A shield film(440) is arranged on the outside of the image pickup device and the reflective film.
