PURPOSE: A low temperature co-fired ceramic composition, a low temperature co-fired plasticizing ceramic substrate including the same, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to suppress the shrinkage of the substrate to a surface direction based on the biaxial shrinkage of flake-type ceramic powder parallelly arranged in a firing process.;CONSTITUTION: A low temperature co-fired ceramic composition includes 20-70 parts by weight of ceramic powder and 30-80 parts by weight of low temperature firing glass components. The ceramic powder includes flake-type ceramic powder(11) and spherical ceramic powder(12). The content ratio of the spherical ceramic powder to the flake-type ceramic powder is in a range between 0 and 1. A low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate includes a first ceramic sheet. The first ceramic sheet includes 20-70 parts by weight of the ceramic powder and 30-80 parts by weight of low temperature co-fired glass components.
