STANDARD PLASMID COMPRISING BCR-BCR-ABL FUSION GENE FOR QUANTITATIVE DETECTION AND QUANTIFICATION METHOD OF BCR-ABL GENE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A standard plasmid for quantitative analsis, containing BCR-BCR-ABL fusion gene is provided to simply and accurately measure BCR-ABL expression level in a test sample. CONSTITUTION: A standard plasmid for quantitative analysis for predicting or diagnosing leukemia contains a base sequence of BCR-BCR-ABL gene of sequence number 7. The plasmid is pBCR-BCR-ABL. A method for quantitation of BCR-ABL expression level in a test sample using the standard plasmid comprises: a step of diluting the standard plasmid by concentration; a step of performing PCR of the standard plasmid and a nucleic acid from the sample using specific PCR primer set; and a step of measuring PCR production amount to obtain standard quantitative curve.
