PURPOSE: A damage source location method in a large composite structure and a device thereof are provided to easily extend a measurement section and accurately perform source location for a large area with the minimum AE (Acoustic Emission) sensor.;CONSTITUTION: A damage source location method in a large composite structure is as follows. Two or more AE sensors(200) are attached in a target portion. The test position(910) is form in the target structure. An elastic wave is applies to every test positions. The AE signal is measured by each AE sensors. The measured AE signals are converted to an energy value after converting to the time or frequency.
