NOVEL TILMICOSIN DERIVATIVE AND ANTIBIOTICS CONTAINING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A novel tilmicosin derivative is provided to ensure antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis and to be used as antibiotics.;CONSTITUTION: A tilmicosin derivative is denoted by chemical formula 1. The tilmicosin derivative is prepared by bioconversion by Streptomyces venezuelae from tilicosin. A method for preparing the tilmicosin derivative comprises: a step of culturing Streptomyces venezuelae in a medium containing tilmicosin; a step of extracting the culture liquid with organic solvent; a step of concentrating the organic extract under vacuum; a step of dissolving residual material with organic solvent; and a step of performing chromatography.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
