PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polysilsesquioxane is provided to easily polymerizing polysilsesquioxane of high regularity at room temperature, without the transfer of the reactor of 2-3 steps, dehydrating process, and molecular weight control using high temperature.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polysilsesquioxane comprise: a step of manufacturing water-containing organic solution comprising a monomer in chemical formula 1, organic solvent, water, and a catalyst; and a step of manufacturing basket type polysilsesquioxane in chemical formula 2, or ladder type polysilsesquioxane in chemical formula 3, selectively. In chemical formulas, R1 is C1-20 alkoxy group, R2 and R3 is respectively substituted or non-substituted aliphatic organic functional group, alkyl, aryl, vinyl, an amine group, an acryl group, halogen or alkylhalogen, and n is 2-100,000.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
