PURPOSE: Forceps for laser surgical operation are provided to shorten surgical operation time and to reduce costs by replacing a glass tube which protects optical fiber when tissues are adhered to the glass tube by heat. CONSTITUTION: Optical fiber(7) passes through a main body. An optical fiber groove(2) is formed on one end of forceps so that optical fiber is exposed main body. An optical fiber fixing device(5) is formed so that the optical fiber is fixed to the other end of the forceps. A glass tube(8) is combined to the optical fiber of the optical fiber groove. The glass tube protects the optical fiber. A plurality of grooves is formed on the optical fiber which is exposed to the optical fiber groove.
