PURPOSE: An environment-friendly elevator control apparatus is provided to appropriately control several devices installed in an elevator so that offer a safe and pleasant the inner space of an elevator car.;CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly elevator control device comprises a harmless environment-friendly device(29), a harmful environment-friendly device(30), a health device(31), and an operation information collector(22). The harmless environment-friendly device is not harmful to the human body even though the harmless environment-friendly device is directly irradiated or contacted to the human body and has a remarkable effect for an infection prevention and dusting. The harmful environment-friendly device is harmful to the human body when being irradiated or contacted directly to the human body and has a remarkable effect for a deodorization and disease prevention and air purification. The health device is helpful to improve the health when being irradiated or contacted directly to the human body or stimulating an olfactory sense.
