PURPOSE: A blasting method using an electronic detonator, an electric detonator, an electronic blaster, and a sequential blaster is provided to minimize noise and vibration by applying the optimum delay time according to the characteristic of rock and ambient conditions.;CONSTITUTION: A blasting method comprises the steps of: boring a cut hole on the breast of a tunnel, boring an expanded cut hole around the cut hole, respectively setting an explosive and a blasting cap in the cut hole and the expanded cut hole, electrically connecting the blasting cap to each circuit of a circuit terminal board, and electrically connecting the circuit to a sequential blaster. The breast of the tunnel is composed of a plurality of regions. An electronic blasting cap is installed in the cut hole and an electric blasting cap is installed in the expanded cut hole.
