PURPOSE: A duty correction circuit including a duty detector, a delay locked loop circuit including the same, and a duty correction method are provided to detect a duty of an output clock signal by controlling the delay time of a sampling clock signal based on the logic state of sampled data by a digital method.;CONSTITUTION: A duty correction circuit(100) comprises a duty cycle correction unit(110) and a duty detection unit(120) The duty cycle correction unit generates an output clock signal by revising the duty ratio of an input clock signal. The duty detection unit generates a delay output clock signal by delaying the output clock signal. The duty detection unit generates an inverted and delayed output clock signal. The duty detection unit controls the delay time of the output clock signal based on the logic state of a first sample data in a rising edge of the inverted and delayed output clock signal. The duty detection unit detects the duty ratio of the output clock signal in a falling edge of the inverted and delayed output clock signal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
