PURPOSE: An IPTV personal screen service method and a device thereof are provided to browse desired web content on an IPTV set top box and display the web content at a position and size assigned by a user.;CONSTITUTION: An IPTV set top box(100) displays a video signal of broadcast data on a screen of an IPTV receiver. A web browsing server(120) provides a web browsing service to the IPTV set top box by Internet. A web server(140) provides web content according to a connection request of the web browsing server.
