TWO-PHASE FLOW MEASURING DEVICE USING FLUID SOUND AND STRUCTUREBORNE NOISE AND A MEASURING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF DETECTING A POROSITY AND FLUID PROPERTY VALUE OF TWO-PHASE FLOW APPEARING IN THE FLUID DEVICE OF PLANT AND GENERATING STATION
TWO-PHASE FLOW MEASURING DEVICE USING FLUID SOUND AND STRUCTUREBORNE NOISE AND A MEASURING METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF DETECTING A POROSITY AND FLUID PROPERTY VALUE OF TWO-PHASE FLOW APPEARING IN THE FLUID DEVICE OF PLANT AND GENERATING STATION
PURPOSE: A two-phase flow measuring device using fluid sound and structureborne noise and a measuring method thereof are provided to improve the safety with a heat transferring performance of a plant by accurately distinguish a two-phase flow style flowing in a pipe.;CONSTITUTION: A two-phase flow measuring device(200) using fluid sound and structureborne noise comprises a rms calculation unit for each frequency(210), a porosity calculation unit(220), a fluid property calculation unit(230), and a flow style determination unit(240). The rms calculation unit receives fluid sound and structureborne noise signals so that an rms calculation value for each frequency is calculated. The porosity calculation unit receives information related to a temperature and pressure from a temperature sensor(130) and a static pressure sensor(140) installed inside of a fluid device(100) and rms calculation values of fluid sound and structureborne noise and a fluid device(100), thereby calculating a porosity of two-phase flow. The fluid property calculation unit receives the porosity, thereby calculating a density and fluid sound of the two-phase flow. The fluidity mode determination unit receives the porosity calculation result and a signal property of the rms calculation value for each frequency, thereby distinguishing the flow style.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
