PURPOSE: A Vacuum pump testing device is provided to unify the measured result into a standard reference so that products development and performance improvement can be promoted.;CONSTITUTION: A Vacuum pump testing device comprises a chamber(10), a suction duct(12), a connecting pipe(14), a discharge pipe(15), a measuring unit, and a control unit. A space is formed inside of the chamber. The suction duct is installed around the chamber, thereby inducing an outdoor air to a suction air intake pipe(11) of the chamber. One side of the connecting pipe is connected to the chamber, the other side of the connecting pipe is connected to a vacuum pump(13) so that the chamber and vacuum pump are connected. The discharge pipe discharges air passed through the vacuum pump. The measuring unit is installed along the chamber, the suction pipe, the connecting pipe, and the discharge pipe or chooses one or more among the same, thereby detecting the airflow temperature, a pressure, and an exhaust state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
