摘要

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nano-structured which titanium oxide nano-particles are arranged in two dimensions, a nano-structure manufactured by using thereof, and an organic solar cell including thereof are provided to improve energy conversion efficiency of dye-sensitive solar cell . CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nano-structured which titanium oxide nano-particles are arranged in two dimensions comprises next steps: manufacturing micelle solution by dissolving two block copolymers in solvent; manufacturing sol-gel precursor solution containing the titanium oxide; stirring and mixing the micelle solution and sol-gel precursor solution; manufacturing titanium oxide/two layered block copolymer thin film by spin-coating the mixed solution on the substrate; and removing the two layered block copolymers by post-processing the thin film.
