PURPOSE: A gas adsorbing and sound absorbing structure of a wood composite of a wood overlaid charcoal board for the quality of indoor air and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remove toxic gas and volatile organic compound gas.;CONSTITUTION: A gas adsorbing and sound absorbing structure of a wood composite of a wood overlaid charcoal board for the quality of indoor air comprises a back plate, a center plate, a surface plate, and grooves. The back plate is composed of a porous wood material. The center plate is composed of an activated carbon board or charcoal board.
