PURPOSE: An apparatus sharing method between users in IMS(Internet protocol Multimedia sub-System) application services and apparatus thereof are provided to offer various service environment by establishing user rights.;CONSTITUTION: A transmission and reception unit(140) communicates with an application server which provides IMS application services. A control unit(110) transmits a subscribe request message for a user event package to the application server through the transmission and reception unit. The control unit receives notification messages including the information of the user event package from the application server.
