PURPOSE: A pre-cast tunnel structure using a corrugated steel sheet is provided to reduce costs for manufacturing a mold by using the corrugated steel sheet instead of the mold and construct a joint of a pre-cast concrete arch panel with a foundation retaining wall safely.;CONSTITUTION: A pre-cast tunnel structure using a corrugated steel sheet comprises a foundation retaining wall(10), a precast concrete arch panel(20), a spacer(30), and coupler(40). The foundation retaining wall comprises a concave part(12). The concave part comprises a first inclined wall(12a) and a second inclined wall(12b). The first inclined wall is formed parallel to an end part of the precast concrete arch panel. The second inclined wall is perpendicular to the first inclined wall. The precast concrete arch panel is placed to the concave part of the foundation retaining wall. The precast concrete arch panel comprises a corrugated steel plate, a concrete layer, and a steel reinforcement(22). The corrugated steel sheet is formed into a circular shape to be bent along a width direction of a tunnel structure. The steel reinforcement is arranged inside the concrete layer. The spacer is placed between the first declined wall of the foundation retaining wall and the precast concrete arch panel. The coupler connects the precast concrete arch panel and the foundation retaining wall.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
