RADIATOR GRILLE AIR SHUTTER DEVICE FOR A CAR TO IMPROVE FUEL RATIO THROUGH PREVENTING THE UNNECESSARY FUEL CONSUMPTION BY REDUCING ENGINE HEATING TIME IN INITIAL STARTING

PURPOSE: A radiator grille air shutter device for a car is provided to prevent overheat of an engine though smooth inflowing of the external air in case of the external air is needed by minimizing the malfunction of an air shutter through improving the durability.;CONSTITUTION: A radiator grille air shutter device for a car comprises an air shutter(300), a supporting stand(400), a guide bar(500), and an actuator(600). The air shutters is composed of panels having determined length and width and arranged continuously. A connecting part(310) comprising a connecting projection(311) is formed in the rear upper side of the air shutter. Inserting holes for inserting rotation shafts are formed in one side of the supporting stand. A radiator grill is installed in the other side of the supporting stand. A plurality of holes for inserting the connecting projection of a connecting part is formed in the guide bar. The air shutter is opened and closed through elevating the guide bar according the set temperature of cooling water measured by a temperature sensor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
