PURPOSE: A Vietnamese input unit through a touch screen panel is provided to reduce input time by using a character input device and display Vietnamese character by using a keyboard having consonant and vowel arrangement suitable for Vietnamese character.;CONSTITUTION: If each keypad is pressed, a first consonant is displayed. If a drag is processed in one direction, next consonant is displayed. If the drag is processed as twice, the next consonant is displayed. A capital is displayed after displaying certain consonant. Vowels are respectively displayed if the drag is processed in an upper left/upper right diagonal direction.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
