PURPOSE: A painting booth combined water and oil paints is provided to shorten time to heat air up to setting temperature by heating and proving fresh air into a heating room. CONSTITUTION: A painting booth combined water and oil paints comprises an inhalation hole(3), an exhaust pipe(7), a suction room(4), a discharge casing(6), and a first preheating chamber(8). The exhaust pipe discharges air blown from an exhaust fan(60) to atmosphere. In an inlet chamber, a suction fan(40) for absorbing external air by force is installed. In the discharge casing, the exhaust fan which inhales and discharges air used for drying is installed. The first preheating chamber is formed in between the inhalation pipe and the exhaust pipe and the inhalation chamber and the inlet chamber. The first preheating chamber includes a heat exchanger(80). The heat exchanger heat-exchanges fresh air and air used for drying. The heat exchanger preheats fresh air by using waste heat which is used for drying.
