FUNCTIONAL PHASE CHANGE NANOCOMPOSITE CAPSULE HAVING MAGNETISM AND HEAT-STORAGE PERFORMANCE

PURPOSE: A functional phase change nanocomposite capsule is provided to fix magnetic particles in inside/outside the nanocomposite capsule through one step process introducing the magnetic particles, thereby improving heat-storage performance.;CONSTITUTION: A functional phase change nanocomposite capsule comprises: a core containing phase change material; nanocapsule containing polymer shell surrounding the core; and magnetic particles fixed in inside/outside the nano capsule. The polymer shell is one or more selected from a group consisting of polyurea, polyurethane, polyester, polyamide, melamine resin, gelatin, and cellulose. A manufacturing method of the nanocomposite capsule comprises a step of polymerization by mixing emulsion containing phase change material, a monomer, and a magnetic particle, and a chain extender.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
