PURPOSE: A permanent magnet embedded motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to stably fix a permanent magnet by uniformly charging an adhesive and resin.;CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet embedded motor comprises a permanent magnet(10), a rotor core(20), a first end plate(30), and a second end plate(40). The permanent magnet is inserted into an insertion hole(22) formed in the rotor core and mounted on a first mounting part(32) of the first end plate. The second end plate is coupled with the rotor core to mount the permanent magnet via a second mounting part.
