PURPOSE: A steering wheel rotation returning force reinforcing device is provided to improve the returning force of a steering wheel through increasing the thrust of returning direction of a rack bar through increasing the effective arm of a rotation inner wheel and decreasing the effective arm of a rotation outer wheel.;CONSTITUTION: A steering wheel rotation returning force reinforcing device comprises a connection position changing device(120). The connection position changing device changes the position of a tie rod(104) and the connection portion of a knuckle arm(116) into the longitudinal direction of a knuckle arm.
