PURPOSE: An electrostatic image developing toner, an electrostatic image developing agent, a toner cartridge, a process cartridge, an image forming method, and an image forming device are provided to include at least two different white pigments.;CONSTITUTION: An electrostatic image developing toner includes a binding resin and at least two different white pigments. The white pigments include 10 to 30 weight% of porous titanium oxide. 10 to 50 weight% of porous titanium oxide is in the form of an anatase type crystalline structure. The white pigment includes rutile type titanium oxide in the form of a rutile type crystalline structure. The total content of the white pigment is 5 to 50 weight% of the toner.
