PURPOSE: A vacuum insulated cryogenic valve capable of monitoring leakage and abnormal flow in real time is provided to reduce test costs and efforts requiring to find leakage locations of a valve in a plant having many branch pipes and to have high operational stability and reliability such as a launching pad facility for a space projectile.;CONSTITUTION: A vacuum insulated cryogenic valve capable of monitoring leakage and abnormal flow in real time comprises a sound wave collector(110), a dynamic pressure sensor(120), and a terminal(130). The sound wave collector is arranged in a cutout unit(5) of a valve and detects sound waves. The dynamic pressure sensor converts the sound waves detected in the sound wave collector into electric signals. The terminal is connected to the dynamic pressure sensor and determines frequency characteristics of the sound wave signals converted into the electric signals.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
